AI Data Steward - Terms of Use:
1. Description of the Platform
AI Data Steward Copilot is an AI-assisted data stewardship and decision intelligence platform designed to support entity resolution, record matching, data governance, and stewardship workflows.
The Platform provides explainable AI insights, risk signals, and decision-support recommendations to assist users in evaluating potential data matches and stewardship actions.
The Platform is intended to assist, but not replace, human decision-making in enterprise data governance processes.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, ADMS Data grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for internal business purposes.
Customers may not:

Resell or sublicense the Platform

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms

Use the Platform to develop competing services

Circumvent security or access controls
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of ADMS Data.
3. Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain all ownership rights to the data they submit to or process through the Platform.
ADMS Data does not claim ownership of customer data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate rights and permissions to process any data submitted to the Platform.
4. AI-Generated Insights
The Platform may generate automated explanations, recommendations, risk signals, and decision support outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.
These outputs are informational and advisory in nature.
Customers remain solely responsible for all final data governance, stewardship, and operational decisions.
ADMS Data does not guarantee that AI-generated insights will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case.
5. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use the Platform to:

Process data in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt service operations

Access systems or data without authorization

Conduct security testing without prior approval
ADMS Data reserves the right to suspend access for violations of acceptable use policies.
6. Service Availability
ADMS Data will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and reliability of the Platform.
However, the Platform may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or external service dependencies.
ADMS Data does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during use of the Platform.
Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADMS Data shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of business, revenue, or data

Decisions made based on AI-generated insights
Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for use of the Platform during the preceding twelve months.
9. Modifications to the Platform
ADMS Data reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time.
Material updates to these Terms will be communicated through the website or customer notifications.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ADMS Data is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
